NOW OPEN - TUIC HUB

Trade Unions In Communities (TUIC) are delighted to announce the opening of our new TUIC Hub at 121 Niddrie Mains Road, Edinburgh, EH16 4GN (near Lidl). We will be working with local activists to provide advice on work related matters as well as sign posting you to the appropriate organisations to give advice on Housing & Benefit issues. 

We are a voluntary organisation made up of Trade Union activists from several different union branches throughout Edinburgh & Lothians. We have expert knowledge on rights at work and will be happy to advise you. 

We are all feeling the effects of the increasing attacks on livings standards and fuel price increases, which blight our community. 

Whilst those in Government reward themselves and their friends with massive pay increases and bonuses we pick up the tab. Workers in the public and private sector are being offered derisory below inflation wage increases which, effectively, mean pay cuts. 

Benefits are under constant attack and food banks are on the increase and running short of supplies. Only by uniting Unions and Communities can we effectively oppose these attacks.
